Shown in this detail are the bottom and top runner beams, timber wall stud at fixed intervals braced at 1/3 of their height for lateral buckling, floor beams supported on top, window opening in the frame with the lintel support and fixing as well as diagonal bracing for lateral loading. The detail also includes fixing onto the concrete foundation.
