Beautiful design with minimal practical purpose. I cannot see myself justifying the cost for the gutter detail. The construction would require two sets of formwork at added construction cost. Why the big concrete mass at the cantilever edge?

Thanks for leaving a review. Sometimes not everything is about cost and justification. Very often, construction details have to be based on architectural and aesthetic designs, apart from their actual purpose and cost-effectiveness.
